Joel Villalba joined the overdose prevention workforce in 2024 after receiving his M.P.H from the University of Connecticut. He previously earned his B.S. in Public and Community Health from the University of Maryland – College Park. Joel looks forward to working with other agencies and residents to create safer and healthier communities impacted by the opioid crisis.
